Waking up to the sound of birds chirping instead of the sound of traffic was amazing

As above.
After getting married on Saturday we were so glad to be able to sneak away and have some us time. The peace and quiet was what we needed and Mikayla couldn’t do enough to make our stay absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back for a secret get away
We would recommend Club Verdigris to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing week-end in the country with all the necessary comforts of home. Having no TV reception was a bonus!
We stayed three nights. Drove over to Toowoomba to see the carnival of flowers. Had a look around Esk. We returned to a beautiful room after a day out sight seeing and found a Koala in the tree off of our private deck. The rooms were better than some expensive villa’s we have stayed in before. Well furnished and very, very comfortable.
We were going to tour the second day, but decided to stay in, relax and watch a couple of DVD’s that were supplied. Great place to chill out.
Hopefully we will get the opportunity to return one day. Thank you Mikayla and family.
we stayed only 2 nights as we wanted to attend the Flower Festival in Toowoomba. The drive to Toowoomba from Toogoolawah was a bit long . Next time we shall concentrate more to do things like walking, cycling and exploring the surrounding areas.
My partner and I wanted to getaway from the city for the weekend and this was perfect. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts one could want. The host Mikayla was extremely helpful and very easy to get a hold of. The farm had spectacular views and who could beat a relaxing Saturday afternoon in the deck chairs, fire going, watching the sunset!!!
10/10 in every way!!!!
Booked to stay for a couple of nights. Was greeted by a cozy little cabin tucked away just out of Toogoolawah. Beautiful view off the veranda as the sun ducks down behind the hills. The room is great, nice and small, which is great for a couples. The shower is huge. I suggest bringing food along with you to stay. There is a BBQ on the veranda, but also a kitchen is located right next to the room that has knifes, chopping boards, microwave, little oven and sink. The town is about 5mins drive away if you forget anything. Service was great and happy to help with any needs, but also kept away to allow privacy. They even gave us a tour around the place where we saw a baby cow, chickens and even alpacas. Great stay, would suggest for anyone that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle for a few days and wants to just switch off their phone and enjoy nature.
